Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve

Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve is in Almeria,Spain. There is very little rain in the region,so there are a lot of dry bushes and short palm trees. You can find volcanic rock formations here, too. There are 1,100species of fauna in the area! Thousands of migrating birds stop in the reserve on their way between Europe and Africa.

There are many sea creatures in the marine part of the reserve.Tourists come to Cabo de Gata to go diving, do underwater photography, to go sailing and to windsurf.
