Edmund in Narnia

There was snow under Edmund's feet and more snow on the trees. The sky was blue, the type of sky you see on a fine winter day in the morning.Straight ahead of him he saw the sun, very red and clear, between the trees.Everything was perfectly quiet, as if Edmund were the only living creature in that country. There was not even a bird or a squirrel among the trees.

He now remembered that he needed to find Lucy. He felt sorry that he had told his sister that this place was "an imaginary country".Now he knew it was not imaginary at all. He thought that she I'm here too-Edmund." There was no answer.

"She's angry about all the things I said," thought Edmund. It was true that he did not like to admit it when he was wrong but it was also true that he did not enjoy being alone in this strange, cold, quiet place. He shouted again "I say, Lu! I'm sorry I didn't believe you. I see now you were right. Do come out."
