Create the full list of words

As a group, discuss all of the words that can be acted out. The more words that you choose, the better!

Be careful Only choose feelings and emotions that can be acted out.

If you write too many words, you can write all of them on a sheet of paper and keep it in the middle of the table.

Write the words on small pieces of paper and put them in a bag.

□The person who was chosen to be the actor draws a piece of paper from the bag and acts it out. Without saying the word,he or she tries to act it while the other players try to guess the word.

The person that guesses first,scores a point.

After a point is scored, another person takes the role of the actor.

Play until somebody scores five or ten points!

Se espera que los estudiantes demuestren la mayor cantidad posible de contenidos aprendidos durante la lección, especificamente sobre sentimientos,a través de una actividad lúdica que les exija pensar de manera creativa. Para esto, se los debe incentivar a usar una variada cantidad de emociones. Para que la actividad sea desafiante, pídale a los estudiantes que traten de escribir emociones no tan comunes y que utilicen el texto del estudiante para buscar palabras para el juego. Para esto, dé la siguiente instrucción: Try to use emotions that represent a challenge to act out, and choose words that you don't usually use. If you need help try to think of new words, make a quick review of lesson 1to get some fresh ideas.

Es importante que una vez finalizada la actividad, los estudiantes reflexionen sobre su desempeño y el de sus compañeros. Algunas de las preguntas que puede hacer para que evalúen su trabajo en grupos son las siguientes:

• What strategy did we use to come up with ways to illustrate the feelings?

How did we work as a group? Did everyone participate? Why/why not?

• Say the best aspect of working in your group.
