Preguntas de profundización

Con la finalidad de fomentar el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes es importante formular preguntas que apunten al desarrollo de aquellas habilidades. Se sugiere realizar las siguientes preguntas: What is the text about?What is the main idea of the text? What other important sports events do you know? Además puede realizar preguntas que fomenten la metacognición de los estudiantes: What is new to me in relation to the topic? Why do I consider this sports event the most important?

Se recomienda corregir las diferentes actividades presentadas a medida que se van desarrollando, de esta manera se van aclarando dudas en la medida que se van presentando. Una buena técnica es ir realizando una corrección a nivel grupal, para que así las respuestas nazcan desde los propios alumnos y automonitoreen el trabajo.

Al momento del trabajo en grupos se recomienda generar un ambiente de trabajo en donde realmente sea el inglés una herramienta de comunicación.
