Determine the different hours where the things you do everyday will take place:waking up, having breakfast, having lunch, going to bed, etc.

Decide how long each of the activities you chose will take.

Plan your entire day

Now that you have set times for waking up, having your daily meals and going to bed, you can start filling your days with healthy activities.

Remember to keep a balance between physical activities and relaxation activities!

Present your day

Finish organizing and writing down your routine.

Present it to the rest of the class.You can read your schedule aloud or write it so the rest of the class can read it.

Propósito y recomendaciones

Recuerde monitorear el trabajo de forma permanente y apoyar a los estudiantes en la consecución de los objetivos. Para esto pregunte: Do you have any questions? Do you need help? Guíelos a través de feedback antes de la entrega final.Para entregar una retroalimentación positiva puede decir: Great job! Para pedirles que hagan mejoras o corrijan algo puede decir: You are doing great, but,can you correct this? E indique lo que deben corregir. El propósito también es que los estudiantes a través de toda intervención oral, puedan pronunciar correctamente los sonidos /s/ y /z/, vistos a lo largo de la unidad.

Ambientes de aprendizaje

Durante la organización de los trabajos grupales y sus discusiones sobre quéincluir en la planificación, incentive el mayor uso del idioma inglés posible en la sala de clases. Incluya en las instrucciones la necesidad de los estudiantes de utilizar las estructuras vistas en clase para comunicar suggestions,obligations and prohibitions. En cuanto al contenido, es importante que los estudiantes realicen una planificación en que las actividades de relajación y fisicas se encuentren en equilibrio, siendo este contenido uno de los principales a lo largo de toda la lección.
