Errores frecuentes

Recuerde que uno de los objetivos de la corrección de errores es dar a los estudiantes las herramientas para ser capaces de autocorregirlos sin depender tanto de otras personas. Por lo tanto,dentro de lo posible dé a los alumnos la posibilidad de corregir ellos mismos los errores frecuentes: escriba oraciones con los errores frecuentes y pida a distintos alumnos que identifiquen y corrijan el error: What's wrong with the sentences on the board? How would you correct them?

Profundización y variaciones

Una opción para clases en que los alumnos quieran o necesiten más oportunidades para hablar en inglés,es pedirles que, en vez de crear panfletos, organicen charlas. En estas charlas también hablarán de problemas de contaminación y como solucionarlos con las 3 Rs, pero a través de un formato de presentación oral. Para darles más oportunidades de hablar se sugiere que esta actividad sea en parejas en vez de en grupos. De esta forma, los alumnos tendrán más posibilidades de practicar sus habilidades orales. Para esta actividad, dé la siguiente instrucción:An alternative to the leaflet activity is to give a lecture. For this, you will need to gather information about environmental problems and solutions considering the 3 Rs. You can work in pairs and take turns to expose your findings.

A leaflet is a printed sheet of paper containing information or advertising and usually distributed free.

HOW TO MAKE ALEAFLET

Know your topic.

Pick a title. The title should be brief and informative, but also catch the reader's attention and encourage them to read more.

Give an overview. An overview is a brief but clear opening that clearly states the objective of the leaflet. Create an introduction that is concise and creative.

Make the text easily readable. Headings should stand out from the rest of the text. Avoid crazy use of colors.

Keep it simple. Leaflets should be organized and kept simple.

Group relevant information together. When creating your leaflet,keep relevant information flowing steady and logically. If possible,avoid repeating information.

Proofread and edit. Once you have all your information typed up,proofread and check for grammar, spelling and formatting errors.

Propósito y recomendaciones

En esta sección se espera que los alumnos sean capaces de trabajar en equipo y comunicarse en inglés para dar y discutir ideas sobre las tres Rs, además de acciones que estén contaminando el planeta. Para esto deben proponer soluciones a estas últimas, lo que los incita a poner su creatividad en práctica y además a desarrollar su pensamiento crítico. Posterior a esto se espera que los alumnos sean capaces de organizar la información y crear un panfleto llamativo que exponga las ideas que discutieron, promoviendo aún más el pensamiento creativo.
