Profundización y variaciones

Como actividad de profundización sobre las 3 Rs puede llenar dos bolsas con imágenes de cosas que usualmente van a la basura (apple core, plastic bottle, plastic straws, cardboard box, etc.).Organice a la clase en dos equipos y entregue una bolsa a cada uno. Pida a los estudiantes que por cada elemento decidan cómo se puede reducir, reutilizar o reciclar: Divide the class into two groups. Each group will receive images of things that usually go to the trash can. For each element, decide how it can be reduced, reused or recycled. For the“reduce” section, you have to offer alternative solutions to the element's use, for example: use a canvas bag instead of a plastic bag.

Dé cinco minutos para asignar alguna de las 3 Rs a cada objeto. Cuando se cumpla el tiempo asigne 3 puntos por por cada objeto que reduzcan su consumo, 2 por cada objeto que reutilicen y 1por cada objeto que reciclen. El equipo que junte más eco-points gana.
