  2. Verify that each speaker has the material required.

  4. Locate the spots where you will place the material in the classroom and choose the scenic space from which you will make the campaign's presentation.
  5. Make sure the posters and other materials are placed in a sequential and orderly manner, so that everyone can see them and understand them.
