Una variación posible de esta actividad es realizar un juego de roles una vez que los estudiantes hayan realizado el cálculo. Una persona será el comprador, otra el vendedor, y una tercera persona puede actuar como alguien que sabe sobre cambio de divisas. Para este juego de roles, una situación de compra debe darse.
