Los countable nouns se pueden contar y tienen plural: posts, comments, likes, shares, followers. Preguntamos con How many: How many posts do you have?
Los uncountable nouns no se cuentan y no tienen plural: information, time, fun, popularity, content, engagement, feedback, entertainment. Preguntamos con How much: How much content do you see on social media?
Con plurales contables se indica la cantidad (five people) o se usa some si no se conoce el número exacto: some posts.
Some también se usa con incontables: some information.
Much acompaña a incontables (much water, much sand); many acompaña a contables plurales (many oranges, many children).
La mayoría de los incontables no tiene plural; se usa a/an solo con contables singulares y no se usan artículos con incontables.

Is there se usa con sustantivos singulares y con incontables: Is there any new content today?
Are there se usa con sustantivos contables en plural: Are there many interesting posts on your feed?
