Ejercicio 1

Approach (Enfoque)

Enunciado: Considering portraits and their connections with your community, think of an artistic technique that you can use to make a portrait.

Respuesta orientativa:

Elige una técnica artística de la lista: pintura al óleo o acuarela, fotografía con estilo propio, o collage con materiales variados (papel reciclado, periódico, plastilina, crayones, hilos, semillas, etc.).
Piensa en una persona de tu comunidad cuya expresión quieras capturar (un familiar, un vecino, un compañero).
Selecciona el soporte: hoja tamaño carta o una más pequeña tipo postal.
Realiza el retrato aplicando la técnica elegida y, si es posible, crea también una versión en 3D con materiales locales.
Organiza una exhibición en un espacio público de la escuela (paredes, pasillos) para compartir los retratos.

Making a collage with varied materials, such as recycled paper, newspaper sheets, old paint, modeling clay, crayons, color chalk, thread, yarn, pieces of cloth, and seeds, among others.
Portraits can be made on letter-size paper or a smaller sheet, like a postcard. You decide.

The project involves making portraits that capture the moment and the expression of people in them. You will also exhibit your portraits in a public place, such as your school's walls, and create 3D portraits using local materials and handicraft techniques.
