Perfect Verb Tenses

The perfect verb tenses describe actions that started or will start at some point and are still relevant in the moment of speaking. They use the auxiliary verb have conjugated in the present, past, or future accordingly.

Fill in the blanks using the correct form of the verbs in parentheses.Don't forget the auxiliary have:

a)Many people (report) hearing La Llorona's lament near rivers and lakes.

c)Before the legend became famous, only a few villagers (encounter) La Llorona.
